Billing and reimbursement

For commercial Kaiser insurance policies, we are not in-network, but we have had success getting referrals approved for care at Blue Shark Electrolysis.

We also anticipate being able to accept UnitedHealthcare in-network beginning in late August.

Blue Shark Electrolysis is not able to bill all insurance plans directly at this time. We can provide invoices for your appointments so you may request reimbursement from your insurer, if your plan allows it. Coverage, referral approvals, and reimbursement decisions are made by your insurance provider.
